After Reliance Jio launched other mobile network are really pissed and attracting their users by giving new offers. Jio has gained over 8.1 million subscribers in January 2018 and Airtel, Vodafone, Idea together gained roughly over 3.1 million users. While Jio is getting better in a market, Other companies losing the market.

Jio released 4G last year, It was only working on 4G device and call was made by the voice over LTE. There was no separate band for the voice so the device must support 4G VoLTE.

30GB Data, for What and How?

Airtel is going on the same way as Jio did. Airtel announced a testing program for the VoLTE calls in major cities in India. This testing is yet in beta and testers will get a reward for testing out the VoLTE band. Airtel users who are interested joining this program will get 30GB 4G data.

The user will get 10GB data immediately after activating the VoLTE on their smartphone and other 20GB will be given to a user when they provide feedback to the Airtel. A user needs to give feedback to the Airtel after 4th and 8th week of activating the VoLTE on Airtel SIM.

Who can Avail?

Airtel started testing it’s VoLTE service in Maharashtra & Goa, Mumbai, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Chennai, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh circles – besides the recently added Kolkata. The testing program is open to Airtel users in circles including Assam, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Punjab, and select sites in Andhra Pradesh. Sadly testing program is not available in Delhi, UP, J&K, Himachal Pradesh, and North-East.

Airtel also mentioned that this is a beta program so users might get a problem in network sometimes. So if Airtel is your primary number I suggest you not to run for this offer.
