Nokia launch event just started and they already released multiple smartphones. The Nokia Mobile press conference in Barcelona started at 4 pm CET (8:30 IST). The event was live streamed on Youtube and Facebook. It runs for 45 minutes and Nokia launched 3 Devices which are Nokia 6 redesigned, Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 8. They didn’t speak about Nokia 1 but they will probably launch it.
Nokia says it has shipped 70 million smartphones in 2017 and in 2018 it will double down the business and sell 140 millions of smartphones.
Nokia 8810 4G
The first phone they launched is 8810 4G slider feature phone, which is revamped version of old Nokia 8110. It supports 4G and includes access to Google and Facebook apps, also it has the option to create a hotspot. The global average price of this device will be EUR 79 (approx Rs. 6,285) which is slightly more in my opinion.
It will have 4.50″ display with a resolution of 480×854. It will be packaged with Processor is 1.1Ghz Quad core supported with 1 Gigabytes of RAM and 8 Gigabytes of ROM/Internal. Nokia 1 will come with Android 8.1 packed. Nokia 1 has 5-megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixels of front camera. Price is yet not announced so we will keep you updated if we get any news.
Nokia 7 Plus
The Nokia 7 Plus runs on Android 8.0 Oreo. The company is also promising regular updates to this devices. Nokia 7Plus bears 6″ FHD+ display with the resolution of 1080*2160 pixels IPS display with an awesome 18:9 aspect ratio, 500 nits peak brightness ratings and corning gorilla glass. It is powered Snapdragon 660 Soc supported with 4GB of DDR4 RAM.
It is packed with 9800Mah battery and company promising 2 days of battery life. Getting to the main highlight of the Nokia 7 Plus its cameras. The smartphone’s dual rear camera comprises a 12-megapixel wide-angle primary camera with a f/1.75 aperture, and 1.4-micron pixels, as well as a 13-megapixel camera with a f/2.6 aperture, 1-micron pixels, and 2x optical zoom. The duo is coupled with a dual-tone LED flash and Zeiss optics. As for the front camera, the Nokia 7 Plus features a 16-megapixel fixed focus offering with a f/2.0 aperture, 1-micron pixels, and Zeiss optics.
