Earlier this week Oppo released a teaser of their special edition smartphone which was hinted as Oppo R15. Today Oppo has launched its Oppo R15 Nebula Special Edition smartphone. Well, it looks like Oppo has done the very tough work to deliver such beautiful design.

Magic of Gradient

The all new Oppo R15 Nebula Special Edition smartphone comes with the three, blue-pink-purple gradient design which adds more life to its beauty. It appears Oppo has done really tough work in order to achieve such an amazing result. Well, the device is priced at 3199 Yuan (Rs. 35,000). Because it is special edition smartphone, Oppo is giving the JBL custom-made earphones which match the color of the phone in the box. You can also order mobile device without JBL earphones for just 2,999 Yuan (Rs. 32,000).

As report claims, to construct the device with this gradient color, Oppo was in the joint work with the Egyptian Industrial Designer Karim Rashid. So, there will be a signature engraved of this designer at the bottom of the backside.

Talking about the specifications, the Oppo R15 Nebula Special Edition smartphone has the same key-specs as the regular variant has, includes the Helio P60 chipset under the hood which is paired with the 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device comes with 6.28-inch Super-V display having the resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. Definitely, the front of the phone will remain same as the regular one with that notch on the top. The display comes with the 19:9 aspect ratio.

Oppo R15 Special Edition smartphone comes with the dual camera setup on the back having the primary camera of 16-megapixels and a secondary camera of 5-megapixels. On the front, there is 20-megapixels selfie camera provided. Well, you will also get that face unlock and AI features. Out of the box, this device runs on the ColorOS 5.0 atop Android 8.1 Oreo.

The pre-orders of this phone are already started. Oppo will start to deliver this device from the May 21. Well, if you are the one of them who loves to purchase special edition smartphones, you can go for it. However, if you are looking to purchase a device in the budget, you can go for the regular variant with the same specs but there will be little compromisation with color.
