Apple launched 3 new iPhones in this year. iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X with their latest and featured OS iOS 11. The newer iOS 11 has the bunch of new and great features but when it was rolling out in the market everyone was facing one problem and that is the battery draining. Well with the time in new updates it is getting better but not so much better.
In 2018, the iPhone battery life is going to be massive. Apple is coming with the brand new power management system which is the advanced system in the mobile phone industry. As per Nikkei Asian Review, Apple is now making the new component for their iPhones and this is not going to get any other mobile devices for some months in the market.
Apple designing their own chip which will do the power management of their own iPhone early in 2018. According to the Nikkei report, TSMC is going to make that for Apple.
Apple iPhones are well known for their excellent battery backup but in iOS 11 there is hell out of people facing battery draining problem. Apple cares about their users. They decided now to include the completely different chipset in their iPhones which will monitor iPhone charging, battery draining and power consumption in various components and this will help to monitor the accurate data.
Improved chipset with an improved software of Apple will make iPhones even more successful in the market. Now It is a common question that comes to our mind that why Apple is not giving bigger battery? Well, the answer is simple. Apple always tries to make their devices as thin as possible and with that they try to manage to keep the size small too and therefore there is no space remains in their case for the bigger battery.
The newer chipset and updated software will improve the battery life as well as it may also increase the charging cycles.
There is no any confirmed news whether the chip will get ready in 2018 or not. But if we talk about the Apple then they are planning to set this chip partially in their iPhones so that their newer iPhones will get half of the power management. Now we have to see whether Apple launches it in 2018 or 2019.
