Samsung Planning to Provide USB-C Type Port in S9




Samsung, how we can forget the Samsung Galaxy S8. The successor of Samsung market. Samsung Galaxy S8 is the Samsung’s first device in series “S” which got the USB type C port. Now according to the success rate of this leak coming from the SlashLeaks on their web, Samsung again planning to provide USB type C port in Galaxy S9 and S9 plus.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are the most selling devices after the Apple’s iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. As per report suggests, the Samsung has the 2.8% Global Smartphone Marketshare for their S8 and 2.5% Global Smartphone Marketshare for their S8+ and if we take a look on a number of units then Samsung has already shipped 10.2 Millions units of their S8 worldwide. This number is really insane.

Apart from that let’s have a look at the leaked image by SlashLeaks. Every device maker brand now shifting their device port to the USB type see from the Micro USB. We can technically say, USB type C is the next generation of MicroUSB because it is reversible.

Apple already decided not to provide headphone jack in their all upcoming devices but still, there are more other brands who are not going to remove headphone jack may be because of user flexibility and Samsung is in the same pipeline. They are going to provide headphone jack in their upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+. Before this chip, we have covered all the Samsung Leaks where we have clearly said that Samsung will provide the headphone jack and it is here. So no more Bluetooth headphones.
