Xiaomi is working on a new Mi series smartphone which is most probably Mi 9. The leaks started popping over the web and now we have clear look at the detailed specifications and concept of render.
Xiaomi Mi 9 could sport the waterdrop notch at the top. The render is slightly inaccurate as it shows the wider notch. Xiaomi Mi 9 will have 6.4-inch 19:9 FHD+ AMOLED Display. The waterdrop notch houses the 24MP (Sony IMX 576) front camera inside. Xiaomi Mi 9 takes a lot of inspiration from the OnePlus 6T in terms of the front view and it looks very similar to the Huawei premium device from the back.
Talking of Optics, The device will have a triple rear camera in the verticle pattern. The primary camera will be 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor coupled with the 12MP sensor and 3D TOF Camera.
The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (base variant). Xiaomi will feature an under display fingerprint sensor in this device instead of the rear mounted sensor.
The device will be packed with 3500mAh battery which will also support the 32W fast charging. The phone’s dimensions are said to be 155 x 75 x 7.6 mm.
The base variant of Xiaomi Mi 9 could price Yuan 2,999 which converts to the Rs. 30,400 or $436. The device will be running on Android Pie based on MIUI 10 out of the box.
