Xiaomi Mi Play Launched in China; Priced at Rs. 11,200 and Comes w/ Waterdrop Notch and MediaTek Helio P35




Xiaomi launched Mi Play in China today with the specifications that leaked earlier. The device is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 chipset and priced at Yuan 1099 which converts it to the Rs. 11,200 ($160).

Xiaomi Mi Play Specifications

The device sports 5.84-inch FHD display with a waterdrop notch at the top. Mi Play is Xiaomi’s first device to sport the waterdrop notch. The device comes in three different colors which have given a gradient feel.

At the back Mi Play sports a dual rear camera, the primary camera is a 12MP shooter (1.25-micron pixel) coupled with the 2MP sensor for depth effect. For the selfies the device sports 8MP shooter.

Xiaomi Mi Play is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which is clocked at 2.3GHz. Helio P35 is made on the 12nm fabrication process. The device comes with 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage.

Now, Talking about pricing the base model 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is priced at Yuan 1099 which converts to the Rs. 11,200 approx ($160). The only downside of the device is a battery, The device packs 3000mAh battery which is pretty low in 2019.
